Before it’s too late
Coming face-to-face with a disaster and then realizing how lucky you are to have been spared will leave you thinking. Hard. About your life, your loves, your goals, your unfulfilled dreams. Pretty much everything.
This YouTube video has been seen by over 10 million viewers and has spawned a book that likewise sold millions the world over. Its subject, Dr. Randy Pausch, was a professor at Carnegie Mellon who had thought of delivering a “last lecture” after learning that he had pancreatic cancer. It’s really about “achieving childhood dreams” and was dedicated to his three children. Its lessons are universal and timeless and are really a must-see (as is the book).
Dr. Pausch succumbed to cancer last year, on July 25.
